Damages and issues
Chachi Beauty Co is not responsible for broken, damaged, lost or stolen packages. All items in the gift boxes and the gift boxes are carefully wrapped to ensure items arrive intact. Once they are in custody of the shipping service, we are no longer responsible for any damages or losses that may occur. Contact the shipping courier for further assistance with damaged and/or lost items.  You can open a claim wit USPS at: usps.force.com/emailus/s/

If you receive the wrong item, please e-mail us as soon as possible. Place the order number in the title. Please include a picture of the item/s received in the message along with a description of the missing item/s so that we can evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate solution. 

Gift cards are non-returnable.
