Chachi Beauty Co processing time frame is 3 business days (Monday - Friday) during normal business hours (8am - 5pm). Packages are shipped in 3-7 business days after your order has been processed. We ship on weekdays using United States Postal Service (USPS). There are different shipping options available at checkout (prices will vary). We also ship weekends during normal business hours (8am - 5pm) when order volume is high. For example, holiday seasons.
